The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a new, universal set of 17 goals, targets and indicators that United Nations member states will be expected to use to frame their agendas and political policies over the next 15 years. Osei Academy will contribute to achieving a significant number of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, as described below.

Osei Academy will provide an international qualification which will train students to international standards and be a desirable asset for market-competitive Ghanaian employers.
cross-subsidy business model
Osei Academy will operate on a cross-subsidiation model enabling 25% of the Academy’s student population to attend the school for free or at a heavily discounted rate.
Osei Academy will enrol students of all genders, but its main focus is to provide opportunities for women who are experiencing higher levels of unemployment in Ghana, thereby advancing gender equality.
Osei Academy will teach management skills to full-time students, providing an opportunity for women students to take on more responsibility and advance further in their careers.
ethical fashion and supply chain transparency
Osei Academy will emphasize ethical fashion, supply chain transparency, energy efficiency and waste to promote responsible consumption in the local garment industry.
Graduates from Osei Academy will join a pipeline to employment, and earn around four times more than their unqualified counterparts.
