Prime Advocates

A not-for-profit law firm and social business consultancy. The Prime Advocates Foundation acts as the convening partner with total oversight of the budget and programme management of all partners, who have now united to share assets, expertise and resources to form the Osei Academy Alliance. Prime Advocates will be providing support to Osei Academy through rigorous business management of the school and its charity, including recruitment of staff, students and local partners and funding of the school, including accreditation, equipment and salaries, and ownership and maintenance of the premises.

A British multinational publishing and education company headquartered in London; the world’s leading learning organisation. Pearson Group is partnering with Osei Academy on curriculum development and teacher training, BTEC Centre Accreditation, and quality assurance and student certification.

Studio 189

A social enterprise that provides a platform to help promote and curate African and African-inspired content and brands through worldwide distribution and manufacturing, focusing on empowerment, creating jobs and supporting education and skills training. Studio 189 has partnered with Osei Academy to support in the co-creation of the syllabus to ensure it meets their needs. Additionally, Studio 189 has agreed to hire 30 graduates per year, on the knowledge that they will be trained to a high standard.

Liberty and Justice (Made in Africa brand)

Liberty and Justice is growing Africa’s leading network of ethical apparel factories. Made in Africa is a network of ethical factories in Ghana, Benin and Liberia. Liberty and Justice has partnered with Osei Academy by agreeing to let the Academy use some of their machinery when not in use at cheap rate, limiting machinery cost for the Osei Academy, and collaborating with factories to give students more “in-work” experience, in an ethical setting.
